No Hassle Returns Policy! If you are not happy with your purchase, just shoot us an email, print off your prepaid shipping label and pop it back in the post. Once we receive your item(s) back within 30 days, we will process your approved refund right away!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@hustletimefitness.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at Support@hustletimefitness.com
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can track your order by going to the My Account tab and hitting track order. It will ask for your order number and email address or your tracking number. Click on track and it will provide real time updates on your package! Your order number will be sent to your email address once the order is placed.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Send your item(s) back to us with the prepaid shipping label that we'll provide. We'll automatically deduct the fee from your refund.
WHAT METHOD OF PAYMENTS CAN I USE?
Hustletime Fitness accepts the following:
- Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, American Express and Discover.
- Hustletime Fitness Gift Cards: To use online, enter the Gift Card number provided via email in the gift card section in Checkout.
Currently, we do not accept cash, CODs, checks, money orders or gift certificates for online purchases.
